Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you feeling fresh, confident, and obsessed with your panties. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you.

Our Return Window

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery as long as the panties are unused, unworn, and still in their original packaging. Freshness is kind of our thing.

How to Start a Return

Send us a note at hello@poppanties.com within 14 days of receiving your package.
Tell us your order number and what you would like to return.
We’ll send over easy instructions and a prepaid label if needed.

Refunds

Once your panties make their way back to us and pass the freshness check, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. It usually takes 5 to 7 business days to show up.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges just yet. If you want a different size or color, send your item back for a refund and place a fresh order.
